There is a solution

No Aircraft Noise wants a new airport to replace the present disastrous Sydney Airport. We want clean air and decent and safe living conditions in our city. The new airport should be near the city with good rail access, but not blast thousands of people with aircraft noise.

This would give Sydney an efficient modern airport and release over 900 hectares of inner city land for redevelopment. A more compact city will better cope with the coming era of high fuel prices and greenhouse gas fuel reductions.
